Delivery countries
We currently deliver across Australia.
Order confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have registered your order in our system and have started the order processing procedure.
Order tracking
You will receive your tracking code by email within 24 hours of your package leaving our warehouse.
Delivery details
Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:
If the last order date is before 3:00 PM (Australian Eastern Time – AEST), processing is carried out on the same day.
Processing time: 1–3 days (Mon–Sat)
Shipping time: 8–18 days (Mon–Sat)
Shipping costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your door 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity.
Delayed orders
If the maximum processing and shipping time for your order has expired and your order still hasn’t arrived, don’t panic. Please allow up to two additional days and remember to use your tracking code.
If your package still hasn’t arrived after this time, contact us with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Have you received your package, but it arrived damaged or the items are incorrect (for example, the wrong size or colour)? No problem.
Please take photos of the issue, briefly explain what is wrong, and contact us with your order number.
